A small release: a plugin's update and install ask npuforge.org's copy of GitHub's API once GitHub's git endpoint confirms the release's commit, so updating an appliance takes nothing of GitHub's hourly allowance for its address while the site answers; and a plugin whose install failed is installed at the next update.
