4 x 1000Base-SX (SFP), 2 x 1000Base-SX fail-to-wire
AMDA0110-0001 · 6 ports: 6 SFP · added, untested
added, untested
It fits XGS 2100, XGS 2300, XGS 3100, XGS 3300. The coprocessor names a module's ports itself and the driver binds whatever it reports, so it should come up as this page draws it - but none has been fitted here.
The module's face
on the coprocessor itselfbypass pair
Approximate. The ports, their sockets and speeds are the module file's, numbered as in bay A; where they sit on the face is not seen.
Every port
Numbered as in bay A; in bay B they are B1 and on.
| label | socket | speed | between it and the coprocessor | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A1 | SFP | 1G | the coprocessor's bay A, straight to the cage | bypass pair |
| A2 | SFP | 1G | the coprocessor's bay A, straight to the cage | bypass pair |
| A3 | SFP | 1G | the coprocessor's bay A, straight to the cage | |
| A4 | SFP | 1G | the coprocessor's bay A, straight to the cage | |
| A5 | SFP | 1G | the coprocessor's bay A, straight to the cage | |
| A6 | SFP | 1G | the coprocessor's bay A, straight to the cage |
Into the appliance
A module is an assembly of its own, with its own CPLD and its VPD EEPROM, both read on the coprocessor; the coprocessor's platform tool folds its template into the board's at every boot, and that is where the drivers read its ports from.
Which appliances take it
As the vendor's datasheet lists the modules for each appliance's bays; the state is this project's, with it in that appliance.

The vendor's datasheet calls it 2 port GE Fiber (LC) bypass + 4 port GE SFP Fiber.
