Expansion modules

The 1U appliances and the larger ones have a module bay in front, and it is the coprocessor's, not the host's: a module's ports are the coprocessor's own, and the drivers name each as it is on the metal - A1, A2 and on. Every module the vendor's board files describe is here, with the appliances whose datasheet lists it. One has been fitted and run here; the others fit models the drivers know and are added, untested, or fit only the larger families, which have no driver yet.

The desktops' bay is the host's

The XGS 116, 126, 136 and 138 have a bay too, but it is the host's: the vendor sells a 3G/4G or 5G modem or a second Wi-Fi radio for it, and none of the modules here. Each model's page says what goes in its own: every model.
