Improvements and additions

  • docs: an interface entry can be removed - LIF_DELETE measured (#725) (#745)
  • Updates: an update checks again, and a newer build is not taken back (#677) (#746)
  • npuep: no receive-filter commands to the inspector's function (#699) (#747)
  • Both drivers find which SFOS left its software on the coprocessor - 21, 22 or 23 - and number their commands to match: SFOS 23 moved every command from 36 on one higher, so on a board last run with it the interface table could not be read back. The ARMADA driver's channel also opens on a coprocessor that listens late, and the counter tools name the counters of the version found (#736) (#749)
