Release 0.1.0-alpha.10.4
A small release of the faults found the evening 0.1.0-alpha.10.3 came out, on the first XGS 3300 and by an XGS 3100's owner (issue 911): verify.sh no longer says amdtemp will be gone after a reboot when OPNsense's own Thermal Sensors setting loads it; a plugin's update check that fails is shown as the check's answer and no longer stands as the plugin's last update, and one whose connection failed fast is asked again three seconds later; XGS: Updates shows a message's < and > as they are; and the cages are read again within a minute of a link changing, so a far end that restarted no longer leaves "no light" on XGS: Transceivers for five minutes. All of it tested on the first XGS 3300 (vendor version 23), deployed by the installer; with it, 0.1.0-alpha.10.3's changes in the guides, the support bundle's list and DESIGN.md.
