Release 0.1.0-alpha.10.1

A small release: the fall-back to kernel.old now holds until the module matches the new kernel. The follower sends the next boot to kernel.old before it starts the rebuild, and again at every boot until the module is built - not only once a step has failed, and for one boot. On an XGS 107w (issue 890) a reboot while the kernel's sources were still downloading had come up on the new kernel with the old module, and no ports. Measured on the first XGS 3300 (vendor version 23): cut off twice, it came up on kernel.old with its front ports both times, and on the new kernel once the module was built; not yet run on the XGS 136 or the second XGS 3300. Kernel Follower 1.0.2, released the same day, does the same for the modules registered with it.
