Release 0.1.0-alpha.10.5
A small release, for the XGS 107w of issue 890,
whose downloads lose frames with a header of zeros: each receive buffer now carries a marker from when it
is given to the coprocessor, so a frame whose descriptor comes before its data is waited for a pass
instead of being taken as it is, and a header of zeros in a marked buffer is counted as zeros the
coprocessor wrote - giu.rx_marker_late and giu.rx_zero_written among the driver's counters in the
support bundle say which of the two the 107w meets. Tested on the XGS 136 (vendor version 21), built on
it and loaded in place: 219,858 frames, the marker never under a filled descriptor, and 105 frames held a
pass by its test and taken whole (measured).
With it, MGMT kept apart from the coprocessor's ports, and the guides and pages since 0.1.0-alpha.10.4.
